1. We operate our sessions over zoom / Microsoft Teams / Skype which ever is available to you.

2.Appointments can be made face to face in West Yorkshire or London Area. Please check with our consultant.

3.Cancellation must be made less than 48hrs noticed by email, phone – or what’s app.

4.The Blue Avocado reserves the right to charge for unattended session

5. In some personal extenuating circumstances customer may not be able to attend your appointment, please let us know 24hours before by email or phone.

6.The Midlife Reset reserves the right to charge the full fee for non-attendance or cancellations made without 48-hours’ notice.

7.Customer agrees to indicate in full honesty and accuracy any medical history or condition as well as any medication.

8.The Blue Avocado may contact the customer GP or the necessary authorities if they lead us to believe that the customer may self-harm or harm others.

9.To maximise the results, customer should cooperate to their best of their knowledge

10.The blue avocado cannot guarantee results and it may varies from person to person.

11. In the eventuality of the customer leaving any plans of their own before the full completion of the plan, no refund will be issued.

12.The customers agrees with The Blue Avocado that any material, content, reports including written or recordings are subject to copyright.

13.All materials produce will not be share with any 3rd parties.

14.All customers rights are protected in all transactions
