WELCOME PACK

Thank you very much for choosing The Blue Avocado. To get most of the sessions, please read through your welcome pack – which is a summary of what has been discussed during your onboarding.

Quick reminder: the first steps 

  • Best results are achieved once we have one week of baseline data.

  • Please complete the Consent Form (check junk folder if you haven’t received it)  

  • Please download and start using: 

    • Calorie counter by FatSecret & Zero: fasting and health Tracker.  

    • You ONLY need to use the FREE versions of both apps. 

  • Start logging your eaten foods and become familiar with FatSecret  App even if you haven’t completed your onboarding session. 

  • Please add the email of your coach to ‘your professional coach’ section of the app. This can be found with the ‘more’ tab within the app. 

  • Start logging your eating window with Zero App. If you struggle with the Zero App you can use our own logging platform: Eating Window Log

General Information 

  • Important points to note about eating window:  anything taken except for black coffee & tea and water counts as eating. 

  • We will collect data over the entire duration of the plan. 

  • Note the 1st meal SHOULD be recorded as BREAKFAST even if you have your first food at noon. 

  • Please make no change in your activity levels. 

  • Weigh yourself at roughly the same time daily. 

  • Please contact us with any questions at any point of time.  

  • Note all session will take place on google meet so please ensure you are familiar with the system unless otherwise stated. 

 

OUTLINE OF THE 3 SESSIONS 

  • Pre-session 1 set up. We will contact you to ensure that you are set up correctly. We will need at least 5 days before we can start the 1st session of coaching.   

  • Session 1: This is the start where we start providing tailored advice to you. 

  • Session 2: We will determine what works better for you and any feedback you might have. Provide you new advice based upon the results. 

  • Session 3: We will have better idea of what works for you and we will give new advice.
