How a coach simplifies and guides you to better results
A good example of what we do is highlighted in the chart below with one of our customers. The customer’s goal was to achieve 62kg or below, and maintain it with their lifestyle.
This customer tried to lose weight on several plans before and would on the first hurdle of weight gain, give up!
The chart below shows his weight profile with us as a client (Feb - May 22). After a great start which he experienced before, there was a big increase.
His coach reassured and motivated him to continue the journey and avoid another crash.
He was delighted to break through the hurdles, and achieve his goal of 62kg. A year on… he is still below 61kg! Result!
At each weight gain we intervened.
